We’ve Got You Covered. For Free.
Not only is this the first time that an accidental protection product has been launched in the region, we’ve pushed it a step further and decided to throw in a great level of coverage for free. In a nutshell, buy just about any electronics product from JadoPado and have your device covered against accidental damage, in addition to liquid damage and cracked screens for mobile phones, tablets and laptops.

JadoPado Shield is powered by Allianz Global Assistance, a global leader in assistance services and a part of the Allianz Group, a world beating global insurer and financials services provider.
Allianz Global Assistance administers all JadoPado Shield policies.
Takaful is the Shari’a Compliant equivalent of conventional insurance. Participants in a takaful scheme jointly contribute into a pool of funds that is managed by a takaful provider. The pool is used for any claims that may occur, with the potential for reimbursements of the takaful contribution (i.e. the premium) after the takaful operator has been compensated and should any funds be left over at the end of the period.
By structuring JadoPado Shield in a Shari’a compliant manner, we’ve made sure that just about anyone can take advantage of JadoPado Shield, regardless of your stance on insurance.
We’ve worked together with Noor Takaful who acts as the underwriter on all JadoPado Shield policies.

When we launched JadoPado, we created the JadoPado Limited Warranty to ensure our customers that we’d stand by any product that we sold. However, we felt that there was always more that we could do with it. JadoPado Shield is a our first foray into create an unmatched after-sales experience, whether online or offline.
Effective June 13th 2013, JadoPado Shield will replace the JadoPado Limited Warranty on all purchases at JadoPado.
